Welcome to the world of Arys Déjan...

A writer, recording artist, poet, dancer, model and podcaster. From a young age, Arys discovered the ability to express himself through different art forms. Writing and spoken word became his focus and his guide when it came to addressing certain life challenges while growing up. Music always played an integral role in Arys' life, and while being placed in the system during his teenage years, he found the art of rap.

From there, he decided to use the challenges that he had faced, and new found love for art as a crutch to overcome those challenges. He then chose to give back to the people who may have been going through similar situations that he was going through at the time. Working for local community organizations that focused on violence prevention, self expression and homelessness (To name a few) as a way of giving back to the communities and environments that he once came from became a main focus for Arys. Performing at talent shows, community events and even local festivals propelled Arys to the next levels of his artistry and professional pursuit of his creativity.

Reflecting on his own life and seeing just how important self expression can truly be, he created platforms such as The Who & How Club (Podcast, Blog, Event Series and Movement) and RAM•PAGE (A creative and self reflective themed event series) to promote safe space, self-support, open communication, dialogue, self reflection and positivity amongst groups of people who have always wanted to find unique ways to overcome the barriers that they have faced, or are currently facing in their lives today.

With these current creations under his belt, and new musical projects underway, Arys continues to push himself into new creative spaces, not only for himself, but for others as well. He finds inspiration in people's stories, and uses his own as an example of how someone can overcome life roadblocks, and expresses that through his different artistic abilities and endeavours. TQC Management (The Quiet Council) is a Creative Management & Consulting + Booking agency that was created by Arys and his past partners, Carlos S. and Dave M.. TQC operated as the umbrella label for all of Arys' published works, while also acting as a representative agency for other creatives under the TQC umbrella (Visual artists, photographers, videographers, podcasters, etc.). In 2021, Arys departed from the agency in order to pursue his own ventures and to launch the upcoming Who & How Network, which will include multimedia programming (TV Shows, Podcasts, Live events, etc.), as well as programs targeted at youth from various communities and backgrounds, with the goal of inspiring them to pursue their creative dreams, just like Arys has committed to doing throughout his own life.
